Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, and legally allowed to view and create adult content. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

2. Your account

You need a free account, created with Google or with an email and password, to generate images. Your image history is saved to that account for 30 days. Keep your sign-in details and your devices secure; you are responsible for what is generated with your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to follow the Content Policy. You must not attempt to bypass our safeguards, generate prohibited content, describe real people, automate requests or otherwise overload or attack the service, or resell access to it.

4. Free generation

The service is free. To keep it fair for everyone, each account generates one image at a time, and we may limit or block access that looks automated or abusive. We may change these limits at any time.

5. Your images

Subject to these terms, you may download and keep the images you generate. You are solely responsible for how you use and share them, including following the rules of any platform you post on. You must never present an image as a real photograph of a real person.

AI output may resemble existing works or other users' results by coincidence, and we make no guarantee that an image is unique or free of third-party rights.

6. Availability

Images are generated on our own GPUs, and the service may be slow, queued or unavailable at times. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service.

7. Termination

We may block access for anyone who breaks these terms or the Content Policy, with or without notice.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of generated images.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Contact: support@nsfwai.im.
