Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 25, 2026
This policy explains what information NSFW AI (nsfwai.im, "we") collects when you use the site, why we collect it and the choices you have. You need a free account to generate images, and we collect as little as we can to run the service.
1. Information we collect
Account: to generate images you sign in with Google or with an email and password. We store your email address, the name and profile picture Google shares if you use Google, and a hashed password if you use email. If you used NSFW AI before accounts were required, the images from that browser move into your account the first time you sign in there.
Content you create: the prompts you write and the images generated from them, so that they appear in your history.
Usage data: basic technical information such as IP address, approximate country, browser type, pages visited and errors, collected with first-party analytics so we can keep the service working and prevent abuse.
2. How we use it
We use this information to provide the generator and your image history, to enforce our Content Policy and prevent abuse, to fix problems and improve the service, and to answer your messages. We do not use your prompts or images to advertise to you.
3. Who can see your images
Your images are private to the account that created them. There is no public gallery. Our staff do not browse user images, but may review specific activity when investigating a report or a suspected breach of the Content Policy.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share information only with service providers that host and run the site on our behalf (cloud hosting, storage and analytics), and with authorities when the law requires it, including reports of child sexual abuse material.
5. Retention and deletion
Generated images are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically, and you can delete any image sooner. To delete your account and its data, email support@nsfwai.im from the address you signed in with. Limited records may be kept where required for security or legal reasons.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use a cookie to keep you signed in, and local storage to remember small preferences such as your age confirmation. We do not use advertising cookies.
7. Children
NSFW AI is only for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Questions or requests about your data: support@nsfwai.im.
