Content Policy

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use NSFW AI. Do not use the service where viewing or creating adult content is illegal.

2. Every character must be a fictional adult

Images may only depict fictional people who are clearly adults. Describing a character as an adult does not make content acceptable if the character is otherwise presented as a child.

3. Zero tolerance for minors

We never allow sexual or suggestive content involving anyone under 18, real or fictional, drawn, animated or photorealistic. Prompts that refer to children, teenagers, school-age characters or childlike bodies are blocked before any image is generated.

Access for anyone attempting to create this content is blocked permanently, and we report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities where the law requires it.

4. No real people and no non-consensual imagery

Do not name, describe or attempt to recreate real, identifiable people, including celebrities, public figures, acquaintances or ex-partners. NSFW AI is text-to-image only: you cannot upload photos to edit, undress or face-swap anyone.

Never present a generated image as a real photo of a real person, and never use images to harass, blackmail, defame or deceive anyone.

5. Other prohibited content

Content that sexualises violence, non-consent, incest, bestiality or exploitation is not allowed, nor is anything that promotes hate, terrorism or self-harm, or that is otherwise illegal where you live or where you share it.

6. How we enforce this policy

Prompts are checked automatically before generation and refused requests are not charged. We may review activity linked to an account when we have reason to believe this policy is being broken, and we may remove images and block access without notice.

If you see content that breaks these rules, or believe an image depicts you, email us and we will act quickly.
